Synchron Demolition & Abatement Ltd. is a WorkSafe BC certified abatement and demolition company based in North Vancouver. Since our founding in January 2015, we have safely completed hundreds of residential and commercial projects across Metro Vancouver, removing asbestos, mold, lead, and other hazardous materials in full compliance with BC environmental regulations.
We are not a general contractor that occasionally handles hazardous materials. Abatement and demolition is all we do.
Meet Saeed Toorani
Leader and Founder
Saeed Toorani founded Synchron Demolition & Abatement Ltd. in January 2015 with a single focus: making hazardous material removal in Metro Vancouver safer, more transparent, and fully compliant with BC regulations. In the eleven years since, he has personally led every project the company has taken on, from single-room asbestos abatements in North Vancouver homes to large-scale commercial demolitions across the Lower Mainland.
Saeed holds a Level 3 Asbestos Safety Leadership certification issued under WorkSafe BC, the highest certification tier for asbestos abatement professionals in British Columbia. This designation qualifies him to plan, supervise, and execute all classes of asbestos removal work, including the safe transport and regulated disposal of asbestos-containing materials.
He is the licensed Responsible Officer for Synchron Demolition & Abatement Ltd. under WorkSafe BC Employer License AAL-00001079, which authorizes the company to carry out asbestos abatement operations in compliance with the BC Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, Part 6.
